4Q A Free Web Survey Tool


I’ve agreed and disagreed with Avinash Kaushik in the past, but you can’t help but love his passion and enthusiasm for all things analytics. He has persuaded iPerception to develop a service to answer three key questions as an exit survey (plus a fourth – I haven’t tried this yet as I have flu at home, but it looks fantastic).

The questions are;

  1. What is the purpose of your visit to our website today?
  2. Were you able to complete your task today?
  3. If you were not able to complete your task today, why not?

While they are pretty standard questions they do work for just about any business website which is the beauty of it. I’ll be testing this as soon as possible.

Thanks for the mention.
I welcome your feedback once you’ve had a chance to take a look under the 4Q hood.
Keep in mind – we are in beta.
There are a slew of planned tweaks and enhancements to be rolled out over the coming weeks.

Wow, that looks like a neat thing (no, not that you have the flu!). I’ve signed up for it, it will be interesting to see how many people will fill it out.

Hi Jonathan/Vern,

I’m looking forward to trying it out, I have people testing it next week while I’m in Chicago and will get a report upon my return hopefully.
